We paid for an end-of-lease clean, but after the property manager completed the final inspection, a number of areas were identified as requiring re-cleaning. This was very disappointing given the purpose of hiring a professional cleaner. What made the experience worse was the lack of response when I contacted the company the night after the clean to raise my concerns. I expected better communication and a willingness to address the issues promptly, but that did not happen. Overall, the quality of the cleaning did not meet expectations, and the customer service after the job was poor even i provided before and after photos there was no offer of recleaning, they said they have before and after photos too but they weren’t able to provide it until now.
Highly recommend Boost Cleaning. Mak did an excellent job and handled everything himself with real professionalism. He was helpful, friendly, and always had a smile, which made the whole experience very easy. The cleaning was completed properly, finished on time, and the communication throughout was excellent. It’s clear Mak takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job well. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Boost Cleaning Melbourne.

Did an end of lease cleaning with them, got a few quotes, they were a bit higher but I went ahead with them based on reviews and guess what I think we did right, they did a great job ( MJ and partner) and we got our full bond back ! Happy to have engaged them.
