Bright End Of Lease Cleaning Melbourne
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Bright End of Lease Cleaning Melbourne holds a 4.8 average from 1,058 reviews. Most reviewers describe being rescued at short notice after another cleaner cancelled, with Sunny Gujral named repeatedly for clear communication and thorough attention to detail on bond cleans.
One detailed one-star review describes skirtings, lights and windows left unfinished and a dismissive response when the customer pushed back, an outlier against the broader pattern of strong, detailed praise. Given the scale of positive feedback, occasional inconsistency appears to be the exception rather than the rule.

For an end of lease clean they did a great job, leaving the place looking sparkling and go above and beyond in the hand to see areas. We got our full bond back from a picky owner which was win. However be prepared on the follow up service and outcomes.
Thank You Bright….Cleaner did the fantastic job. I got my bond fully returned. Owner was very happy with cleaning. Excellent work.. I will reuse the service in future again. ..
Got our bond back, used an end of lease cleaning service. Bright team was great, very thorough and sent pictures after the clean to keep us informed. Very efficient guys and great rate. I will definitely use them again.
Absolutely amazing end of lease cleaning service! The team was professional, punctual, and completed everything to a very high standard. They paid attention to every small detail and made the entire house look spotless and fresh. The cleaners were very friendly, hardworking, and completed all the tasks exactly as requested. The service exceeded my expectations and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I was very impressed with the quality of work and received my bond back without any issues. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional cleaning services. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you so much to the team!
Easy to book, had reached out on very short notice but they could still accomodate and cheapest quote I saw by a huge margin! Thanks to Sunny, I received my full bond back with no issues at all twice now. Highly recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable, thorough, and professional end-of-lease clean.
Communication was clear throughout the process and the cleaning scope was explained in detail upfront. The team completed the end-of-lease clean for my studio apartment within the required timeframe, and I was able to receive my full bond back afterwards. Overall a smooth experience.
Great end of lease cleaning service. They inspected the place and gave a quote upfront before starting, which I really appreciated. Quick, efficient, and did an excellent job — got my full bond back with no issues. Highly recommend!
