I had tried a few other cleaners in recent months, was always left underwhelmed. Daniel's teammates are thorough and have eye for detail. Also takes the initiative does the little things you haven’t necessarily asked for along the way and that is value add.

I use Gift4Mum for my weekly cleaning in my house, however I needed an end of lease clean for an investment property I was selling. I asked Daniel who was very responsive with a quote and cleaning checklist. The cleaners attended the property without me being there as it was unoccupied. They did an excellent job. We engaged this company for end of lease cleaning across multiple properties and the result was extremely poor. The standard of work fell well below what you would expect from any professional cleaner. Key areas were left clearly unclean, including kitchen surfaces, rangehoods, cabinetry and flooring. This is basic end of lease cleaning and should not have been missed. We raised these issues and gave them multiple opportunities to return and rectify the work, but nothing was properly addressed. We were ultimately forced to engage alternative cleaners to redo the job properly at additional cost. This was a frustrating and time-wasting experience, and based on what we experienced, we would not recommend this company.
